Welcome to Mama Shelter, where the numbers are as essential as the vibes! As our Cluster Revenue Manager, you’ll be in control of your room income, and with you, every room sold is a win 🏆, and every euro counts double 💸.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Revenue Strategy & Optimisation 🛏️

You develop and implement revenue strategy 💰 hand in hand with the General Manager and brand guidelines, anticipating market movements 📈 like a chess player. ♟️ You goal? 🎯 To maximise revenue while maintaining a smart commercial balance. ⚖️ Trend discrepancies? 📉 You spot them before anyone else does.

  • Process & Tool Management ⚙️

Revenue management tools (RMS, PMS) hold no secrets for you. 🔐 You train teams, guarantee data quality, and transform every analysis into powerful decisions. Here, the figures don’t lie – they inspire.

  • Market & Competition Analysis 📊

You scrutinise the competition, adjust prices with finesse, and evaluate contracts like an expert. 🔍 Your radar is always on: a new trend? An opportunity? You take action. 🔴

  • Forecasts and Recommendations 🗃️

Your forecasts are not guesswork – they are roadmaps. 🧭 You optimise distribution channels, analyse indicators (RevPar, market share) and propose agile adjustments to stay ahead of the game. 🥇
