Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá está buscando un Cocinero 3 que comparta una pasión por la excelencia y que infunden entusiasmo en todo lo que hacen. Nuestros cocineros tienen la oportunidad de dar forma a nuestra experiencia del huésped. Esta posición reporta al Sous Chef y requiere permiso de trabajo Colombiano.

 

Funciones:

1. Prepara una amplia variedad de productos, ejecución y producción de alimentos siguiendo recetas tradicionales y modernas

2. Prepare los artículos de pastelería de acuerdo con los pedidos de los huéspedes de calidad constante siguiendo las tarjetas de recetas, así como los estándares de producción, porciones y presentación; estación completa de instalación y preparación para el servicio de desayuno, almuerzo y / o cena.

3. Comience con los alimentos que se preparan con anticipación, asegurándose de no prepararlos más allá de las necesidades estimadas.

4. Opere, mantenga y limpie adecuadamente el equipo y estación de cocina

5. Asegurar la calidad de todos los productos

6. Trabajar de manera organizada y pulcra cumpliendo todas las BPM

7. Realizar todas las tareas relacionadas con eventos asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos estándar y recetas establecidos

8. Mantener con la rotulación todos los productos

9. Realizar actividades operativas y/o proyectos especiales que establezcan sus jefes directos.

10. Trabajar armónicamente con los compañeros de trabajo.

Y en general todas aquellas funciones relacionadas con su cargo y/o las tareas que le sean solicitadas por el Sous Chef y Gerente de Restaurante
