Función Principal:  

No require experiencia en supervision

Prepare los ingredientes para cocinar, incluidas las porciones, el corte y el almacenamiento de los alimentos.

Lava y pela frutas frescas y vegetales.

Pesar, medir y mezclar ingredientes.

Prepare y cocine los alimentos de acuerdo con las recetas, los estándares de calidad, los estándares de presentación y la lista de verificación de preparación de alimentos.

Prepara alimentos fríos.

Operar hornos, estufas, parrillas, microondas y freidoras.

Pruebe los alimentos para determinar si se han cocinado lo suficiente.

Controle la calidad de los alimentos mientras prepara los alimentos.

Montaje y desmontaje de puesto de trabajo.

Sirva los alimentos en porciones adecuadas en recipientes apropiados.

Lave y desinfecte el área de la cocina, las mesas, las herramientas, los cuchillos y el equipo. Verificar y asegurar la corrección de la temperatura de los electrodomésticos y alimentos.

Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad y protección de la empresa; informar las necesidades de mantenimiento, accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; completa capacitación y certificaciones de seguridad.
