At Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, our passionate team of local insiders can’t wait to introduce you to the people and places that make our stylish and friendly city tick. From the Hotel’s downtown location, you can set out to explore the capital’s bustling markets, admire ancient ruins, bask in the sun along our Mediterranean coastline and discover the natural wonders that lie within the snow-capped Lebanese Mountains just a short drive away. Or, simply take it all in at once from our 26th-floor rooftop, offering one of the best views in the entire city.

 

 

The Role of Commercial Director:

Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property. We are now seeking a Commercial Director to join our team and help shape its future.

 

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.

 

The Commercial Director oversees all commercial activities with the support of teams including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Public Relations.  This leadership role focuses on all Sales, Marketing, and product development activities to ensure strategies yield optimal performance while supporting the overall brand strategy.

 

In collaboration with your General Manager, you will provide direction on pricing, revenue management, MarCom, Rooms sales strategy and tactics.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual commercial plan and budget process, analyzing the property’s capabilities and identifying the direct sales, advertising and public relations programs to attract business, developing marketing programs, managing hotel presence and content across all communication channels, developing the Public Relations strategy, and crafting Social Media strategy and distribution outlets along with overseeing updates and execution in collaboration with your PR Director.
