We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Director to lead the commercial success of two resorts in the Marsa Alam area, on Egypt’s stunning Red Sea coast. This role is responsible for driving revenue and market share growth by overseeing Sales, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Digital functions across both properties.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will guide a talented commercial team, shape the positioning of both resorts, and bring our guest promise to life through innovative and effective commercial strategies.

Your Mission

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a unified commercial strategy that aligns with Accor’s global priorities and local market opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to proactively adjust plans and maximize business potential.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand positioning, guest experience, and financial goals are met.

Sales & Revenue Performance

• Drive total revenue across accommodation, F&B, events, wellness, and experiences by leading proactive and reactive sales efforts.
