A Commis 1 is responsible for supporting culinary operations by leading food preparation within their designated section and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency, and food quality. This role plays a key part in the kitchen brigade, ensuring consistency in food production and presentation while assisting the Demi Chef de Partie in delivering exceptional dishes in line with the hotel’s standards.
