• Assist in basic food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, and mise en place.
• Support senior chefs during service and maintain cleanliness in your assigned station.
• Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Help with stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented kitchen culture.

• Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred.
• Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
