Are you a passionate and growth-driven Commis Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen? We’re looking for a motivated Casual Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

• Supporting kitchen operations across all meal periods and service styles, including à la carte, room service, banquets, and buffet service.
• Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards
• Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity
• Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage
• Contributing positively to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
• A strong team player who can perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• A solid work ethic and genuine passion for food
• Flexibility to work across various kitchen sections
• Commitment to maintaining strict hygiene and safety procedures
