AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
As a Commis de cuisine, you will rock the kitchen scene and prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.
Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all outlets and banquet functions.
Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.
We have one main kitchen for all our venues : Brasserie 1519, Breakfast. W Living Room, In room Dining & Banqueting.
PROFILE
You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel.
You should be highly motivated.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Position to be filled for the Winter season : December 2026 to March 2027
Due to visa restrictions only applicants from Switzerland and European Union can be considered.
