Nous recherchons pour notre restaurant L’Etage, situé dans notre hôtel Novotel Deauville Plage, un Commis de Cuisine F/H, en CDI ou CDD à temps plein 39h, poste à pourvoir dès maintenant!
● Vous êtes sous la responsabilité du Chef de Partie pour l’exécution des plats, des recettes, dans le respect des délais impartis. (Et c’est parfois le rush en cuisine !)
Vous effectuez la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats tout en respectant les fiches techniques. Vous participez à l’envoi des plats dans le délai souhaité par le client ainsi qu’au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises lors de la livraison.
● Vous effectuez la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats et participez à l’envoi en salle des assiettes dressée
● Horaires en coupure et continu
● Passionné par la gastronomie, vous maîtrisez certaines techniques culinaires propres aux cuisiniers de la grande restauration. Vous avez à cœur de régaler vos clients !
● Polyvalent et consciencieux dans l’exécution des recettes élaborées.
