QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
2. Able to work at all stations to achieve a basic operational knowledge chart
3. One year working experience minimum in a 5* establishment
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. The ability to work closely with the Cook, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
