Commis Waiter

About the role

The Food & Beverage Commis Server provides  exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do

• Assisting the waiter by preparing, transporting, and serving food and beverage orders, all in accordance with Four Seasons standards and in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

• Being able to carry trays correctly and safely, and knowing how to clean and prepare tables.

• Being familiar with the food offerings of each menu according to the Chef’s suggestions and being able to explain to customers the composition of the dishes.

• Cleaning and keeping the guest tables and areas, as well as the food and beverage preparation areas, organized.

• Respecting and carefully handling the expensive equipment at the various restaurant outlets.

What you bring

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.

• A true passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating personalized, memorable guest experiences.

• Strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to support colleagues seamlessly to ensure a smooth and elevated service flow.

• Exceptional adaptability and composure, able to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards.

• An intuitive understanding of guest needs, with a proactive approach to anticipating and exceeding expectations.

• Professional, well-groomed appearance, embodying the values of discretion, elegance, and attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English to interact naturally with international clientele.

• Legal authorization to work in Spain.

• A positive attitude, natural courtesy, and genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a world-class dining experience.
