To ensure an impeccable environment, we are seeking Common Area Cleaners and Valets, who will be key in maintaining our standards of cleanliness and service.
COMMON AREAS CLEANER
Job Mission: To ensure the cleanliness, order and impeccable presentation of the hotel’s common areas, guaranteeing a welcoming and luxurious environment for guests.
What will you be doing? – Perform daily cleaning of common areas, such as lobbies, lounges, hallways, public restrooms, pools, and outdoor areas. – Restock necessary supplies in common areas (trash cans, hygiene products, etc.). – Identify and report any damage or maintenance needs in the facilities. – Assist in preparing and setting up common areas for events or special activities. – Ensure that all areas meet the brand’s established standards of cleanliness and luxury.
What are we looking for? – Previous experience cleaning common areas in hotels or similar businesses, preferably in luxury establishments. – Proactive and detail-oriented attitude. – Ability to manage time and priorities in fast-paced environments. – Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. – Basic knowledge of English is valued, but not essential.
VALET
Job Mission: To support the housekeeping team and ensure that the rooms are equipped and ready to offer an unforgettable experience to our guests.
What will you be doing? – Supporting the daily logistics of the housekeeping department, including transporting clean linen and collecting soiled linen between the laundry and guest rooms. – Preparing and distributing cleaning carts to the housekeeping staff. – Checking and restocking necessary items in guest rooms (amenities, towels, etc.). – Assisting in organizing the housekeeping storage area, ensuring supplies are properly stored and readily available. – Reporting any issues or needs to the appropriate department. – Collaborating on general tasks within the department as needed.
What are we looking for? – Previous experience in a similar role in hotels, preferably luxury hotels. – Ability to perform physical work and manage loads efficiently. – Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work in a team and adapt to different tasks. – Flexible schedule to adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. – Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
