Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, the Compensation Analyst supports the broader Total Rewards team in designing, maintaining, and delivering industry leading compensation programs that enable Four Seasons’ strategic priorities and elevate the employee experience.
This role requires a proactive, service-oriented approach to partnering with Corporate Office stakeholders and Hotel People & Culture and Finance teams, while also coordinating with external consultants and vendors.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a curiosity for understanding the “why” behind compensation decisions. They will contribute to the effective administration, consistent application, and ongoing improvement of compensation processes, tools, and programs across the organization.
