JOB MISSION – ROMANCE CONCIERGE

Design, coordinate, and execute personalized romantic experiences, guaranteeing exceptional service aligned with Meliá Hotels International standards . Ensure memorable experiences for couples and guests, attending to every detail to strengthen the emotional connection, customer satisfaction, and the hotel’s positioning as a benchmark for romantic experiences and special celebrations.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Romantic Experience Management

Plans and coordinates romantic experiences such as private dinners, marriage proposals, anniversaries, vow renewals, and special celebrations. Personalizes each experience according to the guest’s preferences and expectations

Guest Service and Experience

Provides direct, personalized, and empathetic attention to guests, ensuring clear communication and continuous support before, during, and after each experience. Builds trust and an emotional connection with the client.

Operational Coordination

Coordinates with the operational areas involved (Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Decoration, Spa, Entertainment, and Maintenance) to ensure the correct execution of each experience, meeting agreed-upon times, standards, and details

Promoting Experiences

Actively promotes romantic experiences among guests through direct contact, portfolio presentations, and support for internal promotional activities

Detail and Quality Control

Oversees the proper setting, assembly and development of romantic experiences, ensuring high standards of quality, order, cleanliness and presentation.

Basic Administrative Management

Records requests, experiences, guest feedback, and operational results. Assists in controlling supplies and materials used for romantic experiences


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Service and Hospitality Experience

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, concierge, guest experience, events, or similar roles, preferably in hotels, resorts, or the service industry

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of event organization, ambiance, service protocol, and personalized attention. Knowledge of experience sales is a plus

Interpersonal Skills

Excellent customer service, positive attitude, emotional sensitivity, attention to detail, effective communication, empathy, and service orientation

Language

Intermediate to advanced English for serving international guests. A second language is a plus

Academic Background

Studies or certifications in Hospitality, Tourism, Public Relations, Event Planning or related areas
