About the role
As the voice of the hotel, the Core Agent ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly. Our Core Agents are responsible for: promoting the hotel, assisting prospective guests with accurate information, converting incoming calls into reservations, and coordinating details for Rooms, Spa, Restaurant/Bar, and In-Room Dining.
The position also acts as a key contact point for Concierge needs, helping guests with requests, suggestions, and logistical planning throughout their stay.

What you will do

• • • Successfully handling incoming and outgoing calls promptly, in line with Four Seasons standards
    • Manages all restaurant reservations by handling enquiries, securing bookings, adjusting seating times, and coordinating special requests with the F&B team.
    • Selling property features such as spa, restaurant and concierge services.
    • Supports Concierge operations by providing local recommendations, arranging transportation and activities, securing external bookings, and assisting guests with on-the-spot requests to ensure a seamless stay.

What you bring

• • • High school education or equivalent experience.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and warmly with guests in person, by phone, and in writing.
    • Solid knowledge of the local area and key attractions, or the willingness and curiosity to learn quickly.
    • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
    • Fluency both in written and oral English and Italian. A third language is an advantage.
