CONCIERGE
As a Concierge, you will be at the heart of the guest experience—serving as a trusted resource and local expert. You will anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, and curate personalized experiences that reflect the unique spirit of Hawai‘i Island. This role operates in a dynamic, guest-facing environment where attention to detail, local knowledge, and genuine connection define the experience. From arranging bespoke itineraries to fulfilling special requests, you will create seamless, meaningful moments for every guest.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service and handle all guest interactions with professionalism and care
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort services, activities, dining, and local attractions
  • Curate tailored recommendations and coordinate reservations, tickets, and unique experiences
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver thoughtful solutions
  • Accurately process guest communications, packages, and requests
  • Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Resolve guest concerns with discretion, efficiency, and empathy
