Concierge – Iguassu Experiences | Belmond

As a Concierge within Iguassu Experiences at Hotel das Cataratas, you will play a pivotal role in crafting memorable journeys for our guests. Beyond recommendations, you will actively curate, coordinate and deliver exceptional experiences while ensuring operational excellence, revenue maximization and strict adherence to Belmond standards.

To ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations in every interaction, creating unique and unforgettable experiences. Through personalized engagement, you will contribute to revenue growth, cost optimization and uphold the values and standards that define Belmond.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and deliver highly personalized service throughout their stay.
• Assist the Agency Coordinator in operational matters involving internal teams and third-party providers.
• Promote and sell tours, transportation services, car rentals and curated regional experiences.
• Handle restaurant reservations, special events, cultural activities and bespoke guest requests — from simple arrangements to highly exclusive demands.
• Stay constantly informed about city events, cultural programs, new attractions and hotel activities to provide accurate and agile information.
• Monitor daily arrivals and departures to ensure proactive and seamless guest assistance.
• Follow up on pending requests, ensuring full resolution and flawless execution.
• Manage operational procedures including OS closing, cash control and coordination with accounting.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the agency and transport areas, reporting maintenance needs when necessary.
• Provide special attention to VIP guests, recommended guests and guests who have experienced service glitches.
