CONCIERGE AGENT
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Concierge Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Concierge Agents have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Work at the concierge desk and in the back of house to assist guests curating a memorable itinerary through phone calls , emails, live chat platform and online request.
- Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
- Work closely with the rest of the team on the daily tasks and ensure proper notes and handover are left for a smooth work flow between the morning and afternoon teams
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate guest’s requests and anticipate any guest’s needs.
- Constantly learn and study new restaurants, new activities and other local attractions on island and on the resort to always provide the most updated and current knowledge.
- Be able to recommend activities, restaurants and recommended vendor according to the guest profile and need.
- Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately secure activities and dining reservations but also to input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.
- Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
- Be an ambassador of the golden rule
- Previous Concierge and/or Guest facing roles in luxury hospitality industry
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; Opera is a plus
