Concierge Attendant

The Hilton Cleveland Downtown located in the heart of Downtown is seeking a highly motivated Concierge Attendant to join our team at the brand-new Club at Hilton!

The ideal candidate must have a warm, polished, and professional demeanor, the ability to anticipate guest needs before being asked, comfortable handling VIP and high-profile guests, comfortable preparing and serving wine, cocktails, beer, and other beverages for guests.
