About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen within the Rooms Division in Shenzhen, the Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge team while supervising all transportation services, ensuring seamless efficiency and the delivery of exceptional, personalized experiences. The Concierge Supervisor to the Assistant Chief Concierge.

As Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide guests with the relevant information which should be in firsthand and updated if required
• Arrange hotel limousine, shuttle bus or taxi to the customers if required, and make sure all of them must be safety and comfortable
• Coordinating VIP arrivals and departures with relative departments and well-prepared in advance
• Establish good relationships with the other hotels, restaurants and recreation centers which in some cities and provinces or nearby the hotels, to service the guests well when if require
• Handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

As Concierge Supervisor, we expect from you: 

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong desire to provide excellent guest service
