We are looking for a qualified Content Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team at Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique. If you are a tech-savvy professional experienced in audiovisual production, we would like to meet you.
The content coordinator plays a key role in digital marketing, shaping the company’s online presence and digital strategy. You will ensure that content aligns with our brand’s guidelines and objectives and that it’s used effectively to enhance audience engagement and achieve marketing and communication goals.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, eager to learn about new ways to engage a social media audience, and a storyteller who can highlight the resort’s amenities and experiences in a compelling way.
This is a full-time position based on property at Punta Cacique in Playa Penca, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Photography or Audiovisual Production.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
– Hands-on experience with audiovisual equipment and editing software.
– Understanding of audiovisual production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
