The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years’ experience as a line cook. Previous hotel, banquet, and fine dining experience is a plus! Must be available to work weekend mornings and as needed the rest of the week.
A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
