Conocimiento Básico

  • Contar con el certificado de manipulación de alimentos vigente.
  • Desarrollo de labores de cocina, tareas de limpieza, seguimiento de recetas del chef y servicio de restaurante.
  • Higiene de las estaciones de trabajo, manejo de la comunicación efectiva.
  • Desempeño en tareas de cocina básica.
  • Conocimiento y desarrollo de buenas prácticas de manufacturas y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Aprovechamiento de recursos y cuidados del mismo
  • Buen uso de equipos y rotación para el desarrollo de actividades laborales en cocina.

 

Responsabilidades

  • Trabaja dentro de la estación asignada por el chef responsable.
  • Monta su estación correctamente y a tiempo en cada servicio.
  • Se asegura que todos los alimentos se preparen por receta y use record.
  • Se asegura que la cantidad y calidad de los alimentos vayan de acuerdo a los estándares.
  • Se asegura de llevar los alimentos a tiempo al área correcta.
  • Notifica al Chef cualquier problema o sugerencia de inmediato.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en otra área cuando se requiera.
  • Toma parte en el entrenamiento indicado.
  • Disponibilidad para ayudar en la producción diaria o adelantada según lo indique el supervisor.
  • Sigue la política de limpieza y mantiene su área de trabajo siempre limpia.
  • Cubre todos los productos almacenados con Vita film, fechados y etiquetados.
  • Revisa la rotación de alimentos –viejos primero—nuevos después.
  • Checa después de cada servicio que los equipos de procesamientos, áreas de trabajo y refrigeradores estén limpios.
