Job Mission:

The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, adhering to the hotel’s luxury standards. They will collaborate with the kitchen team to create exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with food safety and sustainability protocols.  

What will you have to do?

– Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring impeccable quality, presentation, and flavor.  
– Collaborate in menu planning and execution, participating in the incorporation of new culinary trends.  
– Manage daily mise en place, ensuring all ingredients and materials are ready for service. – Supervise and guarantee the proper handling, preservation, and storage of food. – Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and food safety, complying with established protocols. – Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team and other departments to guarantee smooth and high-quality service.  
– Participate in stock control and minimize food waste, aligning with the hotel’s sustainability policies.  

What are we looking for?

– Studies in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields.  
– At least 2 years of experience as a chef in high-end hotels, luxury restaurants, or similar environments.  
– Proficiency in modern and traditional culinary techniques; experience in international cuisine is a plus. – Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual, capable of working under pressure and as part of a team. – Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. – Knowledge of English is a plus, especially for interacting with international guests and colleagues.
