Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for talented full-time Cook l to join their culinary team! This culinary professional will be supporting Capolinea!

Signia by Hilton, Atlanta – Where charm and grace welcome the world with 4-star service throughout the 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of line cook experience with strong culinary fundamentals. They will bring focus, professionalism, a sense of urgency, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. They will be passionate about food, eager to learn, and open to mastering high-level Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and able to uphold high standards independently. Experience with Italian cuisine and in hotel kitchens is preferred but not required.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
• Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
