The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a line cook or in a high-volume banquet setting, along with solid knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards. Flexibility is key, with the flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Most importantly, you bring a team-first attitude and strong communication skills to help create an amazing experience for every guest.
Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Full availability required including: nights, weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $22.01 an hour
What will I be doing?
As a Cook II, you would be responsible for preparing cold and hot food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
