The hourly rate for this position is $27.50 – $28.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
This position is the most skilled cook, ideal candidate will have 2-years’ experience as a cook in a full service restaurant, the ability to work a varied schedule and have open availability, experience in working all stations on the line and a passion for culinary arts. Fine dining, banquets and hotel restaurant experience are a plus!
What will I be doing?
As a Cook III, you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
