Cook III

The newly renovated Hilton San Diego Bayfront is searching for an energetic Cook III to join their team. Located along the San Diego Bay, this beautiful property boasts 1190 guest rooms, 170,000 square feet of event space, and 8 food and beverage outlets. Bring your culinary knowledge to this dynamic hotel and team. 

A Cook III is responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. 

The ideal candidate will possess: 

  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience as a cook or line cook 
  • Banquet and high-volume prep and cooking experience is a plus 
  • Hotel experience preferred 
  • Working knowledge of proper temperatures for protein
  • Good knife skills 
  • Open availability and the ability to work a varied schedule to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Schedule: Varied shifts that can start as early as 4:00am and as late as 2:00pm. Open availability is a must. Includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Pay Rate: $30.13
