Preparar e elaborar pratos, zelando pelas diretrizes de apresentação e segurança alimentar estabelecidas pela marca. Manter a cozinha em perfeitas condições, tanto físicas como de equipamentos e materiais, para atender às necessidades dos clientes e oferecer a eles uma experiência única e inesquecível, em alinhamento com a Cultura de Serviços Accor

Qualificações
  • Acima de 18 anos;
  • Desejável curso técnico ou superior;
  • Desejável vivência na área, conhecimentos e aplicação das diversas técnicas de preparo de alimentos Higiene na Manipulação dos Alimentos Noções de Nutrição.
