The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel digital marketing initiatives across email, website, acquisition, and CRM channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure campaigns are delivered on time, performance is tracked effectively, and insights are translated into continuous improvements. It is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow within digital marketing.
Objective:
The objective of this role is to support the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns and services by coordinating execution, monitoring performance, and contributing insights that improve results. The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence across campaigns, newsletters, reporting, and CRM processes while supporting innovation and collaboration across the team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, creation, production, and execution of multichannel digital promotions, including implementation across designhotels.com, social media, acquisition campaigns, and email marketing.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in a timely manner to ensure effective outcomes, consistently demonstrating a proactive approach in analyzing results and sharing innovative ideas to improve processes and performance.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, identifying results, insights, and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Supervise the creation and timely delivery of comprehensive interim and final reports for Digital Marketing services and packages sold to hotels, ensuring accurate and punctual delivery of key performance indicators across all services provided.
- Oversee and manage the B2C newsletter calendar to ensure accurate planning, coordination, and timely campaign send-outs.
- Track newsletter performance and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing CRM & Services Manager to propose innovative ideas that enhance CRM marketing and promotional communications.
- Supervise the operations and professional development of the Digital Marketing Intern, including onboarding, training, regular check-ins, and ongoing guidance to ensure timely and high-quality task delivery.
- Participate in the Digital Marketing internship recruitment process in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Analytics.
- Collaborate in the ideation and development of the annual Membership Services offering, supporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of related pages within the Membership Services Portal and relevant project management platforms.
- Contribute to overall team collaboration on new projects and innovation initiatives on designhotels.com, providing input and coordination as required.
Experience & Mindset:
- Experience in a marketing role, apprenticeship, or similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and CRM platforms/tools.
- Basic understanding of acquisition channels and digital performance metrics.
- Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience preparing performance reports and interpreting results.
