The stylish Hilton Motif Seattle is seeking their next Dinner Cook (Cook III)!

The hourly rate is $27.50 – $28.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience as a line cook in an upscale restaurant, the ability to work a varied schedule, experience in working all stations on the line and a passion for culinary arts. Fine dining, banquets and hotel restaurant experience are a plus!
What will I be doing?
As a Dinner Cook (Cook III), you would be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
