Le Directeur de la Restauration (H/F) assure une gestion générale de l’établissement sur la partie F&B conjointement avec le Directeur Général ainsi que, plus spécifiquement, des points de restauration et l’ensemble des cuisines.
Il est le garant de la performance de l’ensemble de son département au niveau revenu, rentabilité, qualité des produits, hygiène, coûts, satisfaction des clients, cohérence de la marque et engagement des employés.
Enfin il supervise les opérations hôtelières en restauration au quotidien.
