Reporting to the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the food & beverage, guest service, quality and consistency is maintained to exceed all other properties within the city. Through your leadership and by engaging your team, Fairmont Hotel Macdonald’s food & beverage experience will set the ultimate luxury standard and create memorable experience in a building which is the social centerpiece of the city of Edmonton.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include the following but are not limited to:

Leadership and Strategic planning

• Lead and coordinate Events, Culinary, Stewarding, and Outlets teams, fostering a culture of high integrity, empathy, trust, and respect.
• Leading by example with high integrity, empathy on the basis of trust and respect
• Ensure strict adherence to Fairmont Brand Standards across all Food and Beverage Division areas.
• Increases level of guest satisfaction by delivering an improved product through colleague development and job engineering;
• Act as a key member of the Leadership and Crisis Management teams, providing strategic guidance and support as needed.
