Director, Group Sales

Bring your passion and strategic vision to lead group sales efforts as the Director of Group Sales. You will drive revenue growth by implementing innovative strategies and action plans tailored to each market segment. You’ll take the lead in developing budgets and as a proactive leader with a focus on achieving both personal and team sales goals effectively aligning with the hotel’s objectives and fostering relationships within a defined geographic region.

You will bring over five years of refined experience within luxury hospitality, showcasing a proven ability to elevate sales strategies in high-end settings. Your strong, engaging personality complements your exceptional negotiation skills, while your sophisticated communication and relationship-building abilities foster meaningful connections. Expertly managing time and priorities, you seamlessly balance the demands of a dynamic role.
