About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Finance Department in Milan, the Director of Finance is responsible for the supervision of all members of the Finance & Purchasing  Department, for the determination of optimum control objectives and for the installation and maintenance of appropriate internal control systems over income, expenditure, assets and liabilities within the hotel, budget and forecast process and finance meetings with Corporate MOHG finance and Owners. The Director of Finance reports to the General Manager.

As Director of Finance, you will responsible for the following duties:

• To direct, manage and support the development, implementation, maintenance and administration if all financial operations, controls and accounting procedures, based upon a maximization of internal control techniques consistent with Group corporate management established policy and generally accepted accounting principles, as adapted to the requirements of the hotel’s management contract and other local legal requirements
