Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader in the world of gastronomy, passionate about service excellence and culinary innovation, with fluent Spanish and English skills. As Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and elevating the resort’s overall Food & Beverage strategy, ensuring a cohesive, profitable dining offering aligned with the highest luxury standards.

Your leadership will play a key role in inspiring multidisciplinary teams, enhancing the guest experience, and strengthening the resort’s position as a world-class gastronomic destination.

Your responsibilities will include…

• Define and execute the resort’s comprehensive Food & Beverage strategy, aligned with The Ritz-Carlton vision and Gold Standards.
• Lead and oversee all restaurant, bar, banquet, event, in-room dining, and specialty dining operations.
• Ensure exceptional, innovative, and memorable dining experiences at every guest touchpoint.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and engagement.
• Drive departmental profitability through strategic budget management, cost control, margin optimization, and inventory management.
• Analyze financial performance and guest satisfaction metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Revenue Management teams to position and promote the resort’s dining concepts.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, presentation guidelines, food safety regulations (HACCP), and all applicable legal requirements.
• Drive culinary innovation by identifying market trends and developing unique dining experiences that reinforce the resort’s reputation.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning across the Food & Beverage division.
• Represent the resort at culinary events, strategic partnerships, and key supplier relationships.
