We are seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a Director or Assistant Director in a big box hotel, with a true passion for guest service, cleanliness standards, and developing others. They will bring proven leadership in managing Housekeeping operations, driving guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and departmental excellence. The role requires experience managing large inventories, vendor partnerships, and budgets, along with a collaborative approach to work closely with Front Office and Engineering. A genuine passion for developing and empowering team members at all levels—including a large union workforce—is essential. OnQ experience is highly desired, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
