Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an IT Director, and services across multiple sites – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Drive IT strategy and implementation: Lead the design and execution of IT strategy, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, staffing, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with both area/cluster and corporate objectives
• Enhance system performance: Manage network upgrades, directory structures, and system maintenance to optimize performance, security, and compliance with company standards
• Resolve technical challenges: Identify and implement solutions to user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees and guests
• Ensure compliance with IT standards: Oversee IT infrastructure setup and maintenance, ensuring all hardware, software, and network configurations comply with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements
• Collaborate with property leadership: Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, supporting business needs and maintaining critical site systems
• Manage IT budgets and payroll: Oversee technology expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
