The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.

 

 

The IT Specialist ensures the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of the company’s technology environment.
This role provides day‑to‑day technical support, maintains critical systems and infrastructure, and partners with business teams to ensure technology supports operational needs and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, customer‑oriented communication, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and smooth operation of critical hotel systems, including PMS, POS, HSIA, PABX, Call Accounting, and related platforms.
  • Provide day‑to‑day systems administration support, including user account setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation maintenance.
  • Assist in managing server infrastructure, network performance, OS upgrades, system backups, and recovery procedures.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to Four Seasons IT Core Standards and technology guidelines.
  • Support desktop systems, operating systems, productivity software, system patches, and security tools.
  • Deliver high‑quality technical support to internal users and guests, including meeting rooms, conference technologies, and event support.
  • Assist in managing system security measures, including firewall management, VPN connectivity, antivirus tools, and network protection protocols.
  • Support the coordination and rollout of new technology initiatives, upgrades, and corporate IT projects.
  • Assist with vendor relations, third‑party support, and management of maintenance contracts.
