About the role:
The Director of Revenue leads the overall revenue strategy of the hotel, driving topline performance through innovative commercial thinking, data-driven decision making, and strategic leadership. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership Team, this role is responsible for maximizing revenue across all segments and distribution channels while ensuring alignment between Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations.
The Director of Revenue combines analytical expertise with commercial vision, identifying opportunities to outperform market conditions, optimize profitability, and position the hotel for sustainable growth. This leader influences key business decisions through robust forecasting, market intelligence, and revenue optimization strategies while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in line with Four Seasons values and The Golden Rule.
