• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies that align with the hotel’s financial objectives and market positioning
• Analyze competitive landscape, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify revenue optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and revenue targets across all segments
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and revenue projections using advanced analytical tools and historical data
• Lead and mentor the revenue management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and other technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with promotional campaigns and market positioning initiatives
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and market intelligence gathering to maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor positioning
• Present revenue performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or professional certification in Revenue Management or a related discipline will be an advantage.
