• Salary Range: $170,000-$180,000 USD Gross per annum

Reporting to the Director of Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and manage the day to day operations of Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping ensuring all service standards are followed
• Oversee group business, reviewing and ensuring details of group resumes are met
• Oversee the selection, training and development of all Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven record to coordinate multiple departments
• Ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
• Computer literacy a must
