Lead the hotel’s sales strategy and team to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, develop key accounts, and generate business from corporate, group, MICE, leisure, airline, and travel agency segments.

• Develop and implement the annual sales plan, budget, forecast, and account strategies.
• Achieve room, group, event, and other assigned revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, hotel inspections, presentations, and sales activities.
• Negotiate corporate, group, airline, and travel agency agreements within approved guidelines.
• Work closely with Revenue and Operations teams to optimize pricing, inventory, business mix, and guest experience.
• Monitor market trends, booking pace, competitor activities, and account performance.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Sales team while setting clear individual and departmental targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, action plans, and performance updates.
• Represent the hotel professionally and promote Accor’s brand, loyalty programs, and sales network.

• At least 5 years of hotel sales experience, including experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Bangkok hotel and travel markets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Experience with Accor or relevant hotel systems is an advantage.
