Salary Range $100,000 – $122,000 USD per year

The Director of Security is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Security Department. You are attentive, efficient and committed, and your leadership will ensure your property remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination. You will train all colleagues and officers on all aspects of security and safety

What you will be doing:

• Lead the daily operation of the Security Department ensuring the overall safety of the guests, employees and property premises and all process and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the department as a whole, explaining new directions, policies, and procedures at the same time.
• Design and implement a strategic plan for the Security department, every year as well as attend and participate in other required hotel meetings and advise senior leadership and operational managers on latest security threats / concerns internally, locally, or in the region.
