ヒルトンニセコビレッジのドアマンは、お客様のご到着時のお迎えやご出発時のお手伝い、必要に応じてお客様のお車の駐車、お荷物のお届けや保管の監視、およびその他すべてのお客様へのサービスなど、お客様と常に接する職種です。
具体的な業務内容
ドアマンは、お客様と当ホテルおよびホテルの他の部門とをつなげる重要なポイントとしての役割を果たします。ホテルのドアマンは、お客様の第一印象を左右するため、常にプロフェッショナルで親しみやすい対応が求められます。特に、ドアマンは次の業務を最高水準で達成します。
