Summary of General Duties:

• Manages colleagues’ transportation from Accommodation to Hotel and from Hotel to Accommodation
• Cleaning and Maintenance of bus on regular basis
• Review and update the Logbook.
• Be smart, well-groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times.
• Report regularly on happening to Transportation /Employee Services Manager.
• Maintain associate relations.
• Resolve passenger’s complaints in a good manner.
• Ensure the services are up to the required standard.
• Co-operation with hotel’s Departments Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B etc.
