Am Front Office laufen viele Dinge gleichzeitig zusammen: Ein Gast braucht eine schnelle Lösung, im Team entsteht eine Frage und die nächste Übergabe muss vorbereitet werden. Als Duty Manager (m/w/d) bist du in diesen Momenten präsent, setzt Prioritäten und sorgst dafür, dass die Schicht ruhig, professionell und verlässlich läuft.
Du koordinierst die Abläufe am Front Office, unterstützt dein Team im operativen Alltag und bist für unsere Gäste ansprechbar, besonders dann, wenn eine Situation mehr Aufmerksamkeit braucht. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Reception Manager und den anderen Abteilungen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Informationen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden.
Was uns dabei wichtig ist: Du verbindest Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit persönlicher Gastfreundschaft. Du bleibst auch dann souverän, wenn viel gleichzeitig passiert, findest pragmatische Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass sich Gäste und Kollegen gleichermaßen gut aufgehoben fühlen.
