ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As Ecommerce Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and Revenue Manager and will be responsible for:

–    Managing ecommerce projects.
–    Definition of requirements for these projects, including Business cases and business requirements documents.
–    Analysis, project management and process improvement.
–    Coordination of request and requirements between internal clients (i.e Marketing, Business Intelligence, CRM, etc) IT, partners and external vendors.
–    Follow up of the project´s development through all its phases: functional analysis, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation.
–    Management and prioritization of application incidences and improvements of internal clients

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

–    Experience with ecommerce projects.
–    Knowledge of ecommerce project management and analysis.
–    Knowledge of UX and Prototyping.
–    Issue management (Jira, Mantis, Redmine or similar tools).
–    At least 1 year of Project Management, organization and processes.
–    English – High level (written and spoken).
–    Degree on Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or similar will be valuable.
