Engineering Clerk

Doubletree by Hilton Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale is looking to welcome an Engineering Clerk to join the team! 

Our hotel, which has 296 guest rooms, is located next to the Fort Lauderdale beach, half a mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard. 

The ideal candidate holds 1+ years experience in an administrative role. Ability to work the required shifts.

Shift Pattern: Full availability (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed) 

Rate of Pay: $25.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As an Engineering Clerk, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Performs clerical and administrative duties to ensure the prompt and efficient maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities.
• Answers telephone inquiries, records and distributes messages and prioritizes and dispatches calls accordingly.
• Processes work orders and trip tickets.
• Performs accounting tasks, including processing and tracking purchase orders and requisitions.
