Within the Commercial, Digital & Tech department, the Tribe Brands mission is to develop the best digital experiences of our brand websites with a booking and stay experience that differentiates it from the other channels.
The Tribe manages the digital experience of a large portfolio of brands (over 10) with some iconic brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Ibis … and is focused to develop revenues and boost local & augmented hospitality experience.

Your mission:
The Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing several Feature Teams from our PME & Luxury brands portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Director of the Brands Tribe, you will be responsible for the technical leadership, operational excellence, and successful delivery of digital experiences for the brands. You will foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and technical innovation within your teams, ensuring alignment with the Tribe’s vision and overall business objectives.
You work collaboratively with your Product Manager peer to define the brand’s vision and delivery strategy and align the right talents to deliver the best digital experiences.
